Hi, my name is Zoe Perkins, and welcome to Zoe Goes Running.

I have always been an athlete, since early school days. My passion for health and fitness followed me throughout my teen and young adult years, and today I am a personal trainer and coach.

I launched the site to inspire and motivate others to start getting active and lead healthier lives. At the back of my mind I also wanted to create a space where sports fanatics and others could connect and share their stories, experiences and progress.

The site is aimed at people from all walks of life, and any fitness level. The goal is to create a free and open space where we get to promote and celebrate fitness and healthy lifestyles. On the way, you’ll also get some hand-picked guides and tips from me.

Even though I have a strong background in running, I also have a passion for all types of sporting activities. When I’m not working or running, I hit the gym or visit my local squash club where I also offer training and tips to club members.
